Three Easy Steps to Successful Design

Disclaimer: I am not a professional web designer. Despite the fact that I have been hired to design for companies, I do not assume the position of an amazing designer. I let each individual to be the judge of my work which ultimately shapes the essence of what Zoomrix.com is about.

With that said, let’s get down and dirty with the path to success:

  • Know your client - This does not simply deal with knowing what your client desires for the project. You need to be able to know how the client is thinking. This involves perhaps getting to know your client on a more personal side. Get inside of his head and dig around a bit, you might be surprised what you can find. Keep in mind that it is possible to make the client be comfortable with hiring you while staying in a professional “bubble” of sorts.
  • Stay healthy - Might seem ridiculous at first, but I want you to reconsider that fifth can of MountainDue you have sitting there on your desk. Pour yourself a of orange juice and be proud to be a healthy drinker in it’s fullest sense.
  • Play EPIC music - Nothing will get you more inspired (not even a scantily clad Jessica Alba) than some good old epic tunes resounding in your ear canals. Some great choir work of Carmina Burana, like the classic “O Fortuna”, is always a favorite.

Take these steps not as a guide to ultimate happiness, rather as the happy guide of ultimatum that will give you the shoes to help you walk the path. Leave comments below if you have any other tips of your own. Best of luck in your future endeavors and as always:

Keep zooming,

Zoomrix.

PS. Yes. I do love Jessica Alba.
